• We provide home delivery to all areas of Bangladesh.• Whether you are in Dhaka city or outside districts, NISA will reach you through our trusted courier partners.
Delivery Time
• Inside Dhaka City: Estimated delivery within 1–2 days.
• Outside Dhaka City: Estimated delivery within 2–3 days.
(Delivery time may vary slightly during weekends, holidays, or special campaigns.)
Delivery Charge
• Inside Dhaka City: Tk 80
• Outside Dhaka City: Tk 150
(Final charges may vary depending on courier policies.)
Order Confirmation & Tracking
• After you place an order, our team will confirm it via phone call or WhatsApp.• Once dispatched, you’ll receive updates, and where available, a tracking code to monitor your parcel.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.
• Customers may only refuse or return the parcel at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery person.
